TRAINING

TRX Suspension Training

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

By utilizing your own bodyweight, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides greater performance and functionality than large exercise machines costing thousands of dollars.

Power Yoga

The ultimate in mind-body fitness. The emphasis is on flexibility balance and posture with the benefits of core strength and stability. The series of movements and flow also provides a cardio component that is sure to make you sweat!

TRIPLE THREAT

No muscle get neglected in this class! Spin, kettlebell, TRX. Work your core and get your heart rate up at the same time.

CORE FUSION

Alternating between TRX and kettlebell this class will increase your cardio and challenge your core while boosting your strength

SPIN

Simple yet challenging class that builds cardio endurance and more. Push through interval spin with hills, sprints and endurance segments using varying speeds and resistance then increase strength with 30 minutes of muscle conditioning.

BOOT CAMP

Boot camp is designed to be different all the time to consistently challenge our participants in a fun non intimidating atmosphere. A mix of spin, high-low impact or sports conditioning, TRX, muscle work or whatever the instructor feels like throwing at you. Be prepared to sweat, breathe hard and get super fit!

MUSCLE MAX

Strength training class that works each muscle group separately, chest, back, legs, triceps,biceps, shoulders and abs. For a full body workout.

How It Works

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Cross Fit

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time.

GUIDELINES

Consideration of Others

This is an absolute must. Be polite and respectful towards other members.



Do not Monopolize Equipment

When your set is completed give other members the opportunity to use the piece of equipment. Return free weights/mats to the rack when you are finished.



Honor the Dress Code

We require you to abide by the dress code posted in exercise areas. This helps maintain a safe, sanitary and pleasant exercise environment.



Personal Hygiene

This includes using freshly laundered work-out clothes.



Do not make loud or profane noises while training

Unnecessary sounds disturb or distract others during their workouts.

No banging or dropping the weights. *Members who continually ignore these guidelines will be warned and this may lead to forfeiting your membership.*
